How they work
The team convenes weekly while a cohort is being formed, and monthly once it is under way. Applications are considered by the team as a body; no match is ever made by one person acting alone.
Who is behind Etzah
The Etzah team
Every Etzah match is curated, which is to say considered by people rather than produced by a system, with the success of both participants as the measure. The Etzah team shapes the program and carries that work: the shape of a cohort, the applications, the gatherings, and the matches themselves.
