04Expectations

Successful mentorship thrives when mentees take an active role in driving the experience. Describe in 1-2 sentences how you plan to take the initiative in maintaining a mentorship relationship, such as how you will prepare for meetings or how you will maintain communication with your mentor.

I am able to commit to a mentorship of three months, with approximately one touchpoint per month.

I am able to commit to two in-person events, one at the beginning of the cohort and one at the end, with my fellow mentees and mentors.
